I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful. I remember calling reception and asking for a plastic bag, and although they initially didn't have one, they surprised me by bringing a garbage bag to my room within minutes. The service was truly top-notch. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, ensuring that I stayed cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The buffet at this hotel was fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious meals. I particularly loved the fact that it was accessible almost all day, making it convenient for guests with different schedules. The location of this hotel was also great, as it was close to the beach and other amenities. I was impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.
In terms of improvements, the only minor issue I encountered was that the bed in my room was a little hard. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience.
